[Arm-netbook] Parcel tracking ... for 8.9" CT-PC89E ARM netbook

In Danish customs they clearly mark it with tape saying 'opened for
inspection. Customs'. I would assume they have a packaging tape similar
to this. Trying to open the machine seems a bit over-the-top. Throwing
away the PSU without even leaving a note seems like something you would
see in a 3rd world country.
