yes.  it's most emphatically *NOT* a "purchase". there is
no contract of sale, and it is down to everyone to make
their own Risk Assessment and perform the prerequisite
Due Diligence, which is why on every single page there is
a "Risks and Challenges" section.

it is why the cries "but it's all down to you, i paid you money,
get me my items i paid for, dumbass" fall on deaf ears.

both of these things comes as a shock to people who, as i said
earlier, read the words, but in their mind they went "yeah yeah
yawn yawn" and clicked what in *their mind* was an "Amazon Buy
Button".
