Just to be clear, you cannot legally sell risc-v processors even if you
remove the trademarks. 

And, OpenPower can be made more secure and lightweight then Risc-V.

Do I have that right?

If so, then I will recommend the Hyperbola devs work within the
OpenPower thought process for making libre, lightweight processors.
