 yehyeh.  no RISC just means "reduced instruction set".   like "drink"
can describe anything from alcohol to water to coffee...  MIPS is a
RISC core.  ARC is a RISC core.  ARM is a RISC core.  ARM is a RISC
core.  etc. etc.
