[Arm-netbook] eoma68-a20 v2.6 samples working

confirmed working 2GB of RAM (same layout so same config as
cubietruck, just with 384mhz instead of 430 for the DDR3 RAM).

also confirmed working the EOMA68 SD/MMC, except the DET line wasn't
an EINT on the microdesktop.  whoops.

so, corrections needed, will document.  needs a respin on both boards.
