Hi,
I was reading that post about the ugly GPIO patch for A10 devices:
http://olimex.wordpress.com/2012/10/23/a13-olinuxino-playing-with-gpios/
I think the 3.4 kernel might have a proper GPIO access via sysfs:
https://github.com/linux-sunxi/linux-sunxi/commits/stage/sunxi-3.4/drivers/gpio/gpio-sunxi.c
I am wrong?
Do you have already some 3.4 kernel booting on the A13 to know if this works?
Best,

"In July 2005, after several failed attempts to legalise software
patents in Europe, the patent establishment changed its strategy.
Instead of explicitly seeking to sanction the patentability of
software, they are now seeking to create a central European patent
court, which would establish and enforce patentability rules in their
favor, without any possibility of correction by competing courts or
democratically elected legislators."
