In case you do not have adb or a terminal app handy and you want to get 
the memory settings:

Point the Android webbrowser to: http://get.berryboot.com/ and install 
the Berryboot installer app.
Insert an empty SD card, and press the "write image" button.

Even if you dislike Berryboot, it is a quick way to get the memory 
settings, as it creates a text file named a10-meminfo.txt with the 
output of a10-meminfo on the FAT paritition of the SD card, which you 
can access on your normal computer.
