[Arm-netbook] any android tablets *not* with built-in baseband (e.g. MTK) but with 3G / phone capability

I agree. .. But the new android tablets have dual sim card slot along with
sd. .. Which is in a slidable section at the back of one side. .. So no
need to remove whole of bsck cover. ..
