[Arm-netbook] Mele A2000G: Linux sees 512 Mb of RAM, not 1 Gb

Thank you, Alejandro. I'm download u-boot-sunxi sources, compile with 
'mele_a1000g' target board name and replace u-boot.bin&u-boot-spl.bin on 
my boot SD. Now 1Gb of RAM accessible, hurrah!
