Well, I've had occasion to use a laptop folded 180deg. open before --
exactly once in my life. So it's a disadvantage, but IMO not a very
serious one at all.

Well, I kinda assumed/hoped all empty space was already full of
battery (because why not), so if that's done and it's not balanced
well, then I was talking about a deeper case to fit thicker cells,
such as the last ones in that table.

But that makes it 3mm thicker -- a compromise *I'm* quite happy with
(even aside from the balance issue -- I'm the guy who always gets the
extended battery for everything), but many users won't be.
