[Arm-netbook] Official ICS for Mele

With the earlier versions Android on the Mele A1000, I had no problem
using the HDCP-to-DVI converter or getting the VGA output to work.
Now with ICS, my DVI monitor or VGA monitor no longer works.  Are
there kernel configuration parameters that can be set via U-boot to
configure video mode parameters such as resolution and color space
modes?  Or, can the VGA output be enabled for ICS?  This decrease in
video functionality with ICS is very unfortunate.
