I could arrange it for you to go with my CN partnering company.
But you will need to spend a few days out there
and go to Guanzhou, shop in Shenzhen and/or Guanzhou markets which will
take one or two weeks, and then if you then want to make it, their fees
are cost + 30%. This is cost as in costs with no mark ups added to the
pure price of the component direct from the factories that make the
components. Because it is lowest possible raw manufacturing operation
and not a manufacturing service with mark ups
added on top, during manufacturing you will also need to be there
supervising all aspects of quality control and testing, and take full
responsibility for anything that goes wrong.

(Caveat: unless you are used to raw coal face low cost manufacturing
and all the risks associated with such it,
this service is not advisable. You are better off with a contract
manufacturing company specialising in tablets and the like.)
