[Arm-netbook] cedarx now listed as fsf high-priority project

i asked dr stallman if he'd be willing to have libcedarx listed as a
high-priority project.  in combination with the work on limadriver,
once both are done that would make the A10 potentially useable for
FSF-Endorseable products, which would be great.
