ok i've started the schematics design for an EOMA-68 tablet dash
laptop dash anything-else, using a 64-pin STM32103 because the 64-pin
version has USB and D/A converters. it's using ORCAD: if there's
anyone who would like to help e.g. by using KiCAD instead, please do
say so!
schematics pages status so far are:
* LCD (Backlight, LVDS, Power): 90%
* STM32F: 5%
* SATA: 100%
* EOMA-68 connector: 0%
* Accelerometer: 100%
* Audio: 0%
* Battery charging: 0%
if there's _anyone_ who has ORCAD installed properly and has a "print"
function, it would be real handy to get PDFs of these schematics.
running ORCAD under Wine under fvwm2 (no, really - it works. honest!)
is a bit awkward - printing under wine is objecting to the
non-existence of the WINEPS print dialog (even from notepad.exe).
also if anyone knows how to do battery charging - lithium batteries -
*without* blowing them up i.e. using voltage detection and PWM and all
that, that would be great. i have no idea what circuit to put
together, but i'd like to get this done in software using the STM32F.
alll goood :) schematics here: http://hands.com/~lkcl/eoma/kde_tablet/
