¿Have you swapped the script.bin with the one from your tablet's
firmware (i.e using adb)?

Script.bin (and its copy script0.bin) are located on the partition on
/dev/nanda (or /dev/block/nanda). You'll have to mount it.
They control a lot of HW parameters so this is the main cause for
things not working.
