[Arm-netbook] FEL protocol have been reversed

Allwinner claimed that the CAN bus controller of A10 is the same as the one
in F20 SoC.  And that they have working applications that employ the CAN of
F20. So driver exists, but not sure if it is a Linux or WinCE driver.
