[Arm-netbook] Mele A1000 / A2000 image request

The problem is the "SPL" bootloader build from GIT. It does not work.

You need to use one from Henrik's site.

Also, you need to pass the parameter "rootwait" to the kernel.

After struggling for a few days, this is what make it to work.
