The problem is the "SPL" bootloader build from GIT. It does not work.<br><br>You need to use one from Henrik's site. <br><br>Also, you need to pass the parameter "rootwait" to the kernel.<br><br>After struggling for a few days, this is what make it to work.<br>

Does anyone succeeded to compile a Debian like kernel following the instructions<br>
of the page : "Building_Debian_From_Source_Code_for_Mele" ?<br>

I tried but the Mele seems to be stuck and nothing is happening to the console.<br>
So my wish here is to have a working image, I am looking for the SATA working<br>
(the image mele-ubuntu-lucid.img.lzma does not have the SATA support).<br>
