[Arm-netbook] Starting poing × ARM begginer

Hello,

I'm used to Debian. I'm a perl developer. 

I need to put a cheap device like (1) an cheap tablet PC with touch
screen or (2) a single board computer with Ethernet and some input
interface where I could easily plug four (or more) buttons (contact
switches, push botton). Video can be HDMI or VGA. Audio can bem HDMI or
analog. In case of touchscreen I woud need one video output for the
touch and another for the HDMI output —two GUI apps —or two distinct
screens/windows.

Today everything requires a two cores Atom CPU with 2GB RAM, but I thing
I can reduce its requirements to 1GB.

I believe I will be able to use Rapsberry Py someday…
