Thank you Alejandro Mery and Ikcl Luke for explaining that wifi is an
option in the upcoming EOMA-68 CPU Card.

To answer your question of what I am looking for, I have somewhat
similar needs to Alexey Eromenko's needs: ARM preferably Allwinner
A10, 1 GB RAM, 7 - 11" netbook, I can go along with Alexey Eromenko's
screen resolution and mobile keyboard requirements. Where we differ is
Alexey wants wifi and 3G. I am open to a netbook which have wifi and
bluetooth as long as the back of the netbook is easy to open without
breaking the keyboard (I did that on an Asus 1015PX) and the wifi,
bluetooth and their antennae are removable by simply unscrewing a
screw. The 3G needs to merely be an empty SIM card slot. I definitely
would not want WiMAX or something similar that cannot be removed and
could be discretely activated by an abuser, hacker, government, etc.

The rest are preferences but not requirements:

(1) Processor serial number (PSN) or die ID not burned into OTP
memory. Therefore, the UUID would not be visible online.

(2) ARM FreeZone not be supported. The description of ARM FreeZone to
me appears similar to Trusted Platform Module (TPM) for digital media
rights. I am concerned that websites may use it to procure UUIDs of
hardware to identify and track the geolocation of computers.

(3) Netbook to be preinstalled with Linux that is not Angstrom.
Preferably a full Fedora, Debian or even Ubuntu. A reason I have not
purchased the Ben NanoNote, BeagleBoard, Olimex, raspberry pi, etc. is
that they do not have Linux with a GUI preinstalled. Lemote Leeloong
netbook and CuBox do. An alternative would be the availability of
purchasing a SD card that has Fedora or Debian preinstalled. Stores
selling BeagleBoard xM (but not the BeagleBone) and DreamPlug offer
this.

I am considering purchasing the Sunlike UMPC-1021 AllWinner A10 1 GB
10" netbook. It is exclusively sold at
http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/560282712/a10_1_5ghz_google_android_4.html
I am willing to take the risk of breaking another keyboard when
opening the back and risking breaking the motherboard while
desoldering the wifi card. The manufacturer is Sunlike. Sunlike named
the processor "boxchip" but it is an Allwinner A10. Alibaba does not
take credit cards or paypal and does not seem to have an email address
on its website. Alibaba provides contact with its suppliers but not
Alibaba itself. If the product does not arrive, I would not be able to
dispute the charge with Alibaba and/or my credit card company. I tried
several times to get a price but Alibaba did not quote a price. Any
one know how reputable Alibaba is?

Ikcl Luke, thank you for suggestion a group order for a EOMA-68
laptop. I would be willing to pay $700. If the price was lower, I
would consider purchasing two netbooks.
