Allwinner A13 tablets with the same kind of screen are from $55 shipped

So not that much more expensive, if at all.

Regarding the CPU itself, the most interesting point about ATM7013 is that it's
a MIPS, not ARM; http://www.actions-semi.com/en/product.aspx?id=56 - nice to
see that it lists WebM support; the GPU is mentioned in various places to be
Vivante GC800.

Perhaps someone with one of these tablets should write to Actions and request
GPLed source code.
