GSM radio analog circuit is integrated into any Allwinner products ?

Allwinner A13 (sun5i) supports only 512 MB of RAM, which may become a problem.
Rumors say, that Android 4.0 is unstable on 512 MB of RAM, and kills
applications at random (due to lack of RAM).

Can anyone confirm or reject those claims ?
