 i'd _really_ like to fit what you're doing into the EOMA stuff.  i
was planning to add these kinds of interfaces as a (pretty much)
non-interoperable alternative standard.

 what do you think, however, of doing something like... re-use of
say... the PCI-e card form-factor?   MXM has already been done, and
it's too small for this.
