Curently I have no fixed prices, but...

...I am in contact with APRAnorm (a german manufacturer) and it seems, I
can use series 19" Lab-Racks and need  only  a  suitable  Backplane  and
suitable Front-Plates for it.

Also I am in contact with a local enterprise here, which could build the
Frame for the Harddisks if I mount them directly on the PCB.

This will be the mostinexpensive version because in small enterprises we
can use 19" Racks with 42 Units instead of 84 and the Racks  exist  even
with very nice plastic housing.

So, if you look a vendors of  those  APRAnorm  19"  Lab-Racks,  you  can
calculate -40% of the price.  for one hour I ghave bougt the 19" 46U ISP
Rack for 720 Euro @APRAnorm and I think, I do not must tell you how much
you pay at a vendor

Today morning I checked my Energy Counter and it seems  I  have  to  pay
over 1800 Euro next month!  0,228 Euro/kWh  :-S  It is realy time to get
the Marvels running in series...  My electricity bill is eating me!

Oh, my 33m² Office (2 Rooms) in Kehl cost only 200 Euro/month.

here in Kehl, I have place,to store 14 19" Telecom-Racks of  42U,  which
mean, 14 x 160 MV78200 Root-Servers  ;-)   =  2240  independant  Servers
+ Router + one 24V UPS per Rack, which can be a very nice income.

And if you imagine, that 160 Serves in a 42U Rack consume only 1800 Watt
including the LiPoly based 24V UPS (= 6,66kWh of LiPOly  cells),  it  is
the future and the way to go.
