this one already has 1gb RAM, and peering at it it does look like it's
based on a system-on-module design (look at the shadow from the photo,
below the CPU and DDR2 RAM bit):

prices look like 1500 RMB (£150) for the whole kit, which is... not
bad!  but we don't want the whole kit, just the system-on-module.
i've asked them how much.  also, they do hardkernel's little board(s)
as well, and the specs for that mention 1380x768 :)

intriguingly, 1380x768 is 1035 times 1024 (exactly 1035 multiplied by 1024).
