 the odroid-t use the same chip (ok, the S5PC110) and they have it
driving a 1388x768 LCD panel, where they are missing 4 pixels either
side (so can display 1380x768).

 so, the spec is wrong!

 $USD 1 converter chip, PATA-to-SATA.  embedian themselves, on their
evaluation board, have one (don't know what) so it's not a big deal.
