that's an AO optronics. prices lowest around $60 retail by the time
they're in the U.S. etc. i saw one for $45 without looking very hard.
that begs the question: what the heck is costing so much money? i did
the math on the BOM, the components minus the screen i estimated to be
$75. with a $45 LCD, that's $120 which is close to what we got
originally quoted ($124).
$75 because:
* ARM11 S3C6410: $10
* DDR1 256mb: $15
* 2gb NAND: $5
* RALink RT2070 PCI-e: $9
* Battery: $10
* Ethernet+2xUSB2+WM9xxxx ICs: $10
* PCBs: $5
* Case/Keyboard/TrackPad: $5
* other discrete components (LDOs, resistors etc.): sub-$5
so, what the heck's with the $65 price on the LCD??
