Today, I think there is no ARM64 (except Apple).

The closest is the 64-bit Tegra K1 (late 2014).

Maybe you can look at the 32-bit Tegra K1. Now available (Shield
Tablet) and is pin-compatible with the 64-bit Tegra K1.
