If there is a way to get a 4s booting booting open sourced kicad based
A20 reference design for everyone to share off the ground, probably my
employer would be interested.

Saw this one earlier where a booted Linaro image is reloaded in
17 seconds to being usable:

Something along those lines - but 4 seconds to being usable.
