I am going to update the software to mailman 2.1.18-1

My motivation is to deal with the problems that were causes by yahoo a few
months ago when it changed its dmarc settings. This was why yahoo users were
forbidden from posting to the list. This should fix this; the new version has
been out for a couple of months and should (hopefully) not cause problems.

Those interested in the nitty gritty look at: http://list.org/mailman-admin.txt
and search for 'dmarc'.

This will happen over the next day or two.
