[Arm-netbook] parallax open cpu

Yeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah no interrupts. Not very useful as a CPU then! Plus
it's weird. If there were a need for a parallel-processing microcontroller
then I'd see the point, but there isn't.
