Wow, this is 100 pins ... sure it has everything you need (and a lot of
things that you don't need). But is 14mm square, I hope you have enough
board space.
Check this link for reference - you can use design files of this eval board

There is a claim in the datasheet: "Internal 48 MHz oscillator with
automatic trimming based on ext. synchronization" - not sure but I suspect
that this would be a good option if used on USB - no need for clock crystal
for the STM32.
