[Arm-netbook] Compiling modules for Mele A2000

I'm trying to compile extra modules (at least usblp and rt73usb) for my
Mele A2000 (running stock android 4.0.3 firmware with a Linux-"3.0.8+"
kernel). But I'm having trouble finding a matching kernel source.
I tried the branch lichee-3.0.8-sun4i from
https://github.com/linux-sunxi/linux-sunxi.git, but still get the
dreaded "disagrees about version of symbol module_layout".

Any idea where I could find a matching source?

Even better would be some instructions about how to replace the kernel
while keeping the rest of the system unmodified (I did find info about
how to use another kernel to run something like Debian, but I'd like to
keep using Android (within which I also run Debian)).
