I tried an infinite number of MK802 images on that board (and yes it's A10),
some of which are listed on http://linux-sunxi.org/Bootable_OS_images I am
also making my own now.
The point is, there seems to be some difference in one particular MK802 board
or a production run of them, that causes u-boot SPL not being able to detect
MMC and load u-boot. The same SD card/image will boot in two other MK802s or
even also in Mele and Cubieboard, but not in this particular device.
Is your image different from those in some important aspect to specifically
target the problem that is discussed in this thread? Because recommending to
try "yet another generic MK802 image" without a cursory reading of what this
thread is even about, is not very helpful I'm afraid.
