 around $3k.

 if it's wits-tech the limit will be "installation of android" over
livesuite.  otherwise they will want $10k to $20k for "software
development".

 i'd suggest just getting 1 or 2 assembled and ask whoever-it-is to
check it comes up on the usb bus.  if it does, get them to send it to
you and do your own bring-up.

 do this in incremental stages.  if it boots over USB and you have
JTAG access, you can explore yourself and find if it's going to work.
