[Arm-netbook] EOMA68-A20 1st patch orders gone out, and invoices

folks hi, this is for the 1st batch people.

many apologies, some of you may not have seen the invoices, we've got
7 people out of 18 remaining for whom we've not yet seen a payment,
and as you know we've paid for all the samples up-front on your behalf
rather than delay things for everyone.
