download it from and create a software (libre) replacement?

like i said there are half a dozen people who would be more than
happy to offer a mailing list hosting service for free software
projects. i can immediately think of three who could be asked:
* myself - i have a server with some quite extensive spam filtering
(that i can re-activate), it's MTA-time filtering
* phil hands - he's hosting the UK Debian Mirror ftp.uk.debian.org,
and has set up postfix with anti-spam filtering
* alain williams - he's hosting a large number of lists on
lists.phcomp.co.uk and sets rules which mean that spam simply doesn't
get through.
there are many many other people who do this kind of thing, i'm
absolutely certain that at least one of them would be happy to have
lists.linux-sunxi.org point at their server.
