[Arm-netbook] iMX6 EOMA-68 CPU Card

well, after finding those iMX6 schematics on freescale's site, and
after finding it really enjoyable and far less intimidating than i
expected to be using PADS, i decided to have a go at doing an iMX6
EOMA-68 CPU Card.  what the heck, why not.

if the schematics on freescale's site are relicenseable or compatible
with the AGPL i'll release everything under that.  i have enough bits
and pieces, libraries etc., now, to be able to do this in a pretty
short timescale.
