[Arm-netbook] any android tablets *not* with built-in baseband (e.g. MTK) but with 3G / phone capability

I already have the Galaxy note N7000 ... but the call function is crap - 
got cut off several times ...  in a very good signal area - is it phone 
fault -- or a wave with a blip in it? ...

I have used my phone with 3G and then use phone as router for other 
devices via wifi... works extremely well ..

All 3G Androids have this after 4.0 - check the tethering settings

Galaxy Note is OK ... but too much for what anyone needs --- who want to 
draw  pretty patterns on a 5" screen with pen while you are in rush hour 
on metro!
