[Arm-netbook] Mele A2000G: Linux sees 512 Mb of RAM, not 1 Gb

Hello, gentlemen!

I recently purchased a Mele A2000G STB (modification of A2000 with 1 Gb 
RAM instead of 512 Mb). Next I made a bootable SD-card based on the 
instructions below:

Unfortunately, Linux finds only 512 Mb RAM. How do I configure the 
U-Boot and kernel source to gain access to 1 Gb RAM in Mele A2000G?
