btw the original's here:

since that revision, though, boundarydevices moved on a bit, so the
PADS file they released doesn't quiite match up with the PDF.

 btw joe: if you're in touch with the kicad developers, it would be
enorrrrmously helpful if kicad grew a PADS import/export function.
kicad would have to be capable of supporting PADS "design rules"
however.

 as PADS export is ASCII file-format it's not unreasonable.
