Work is actually being done on this front. I purchased a Lapdock Pro 500 and took it completely apart. I was able to get video and keyboard. Need work for the webcam. And a custom adapter needs to be created because the USB is inverted in comparison to the HDMI. Not to mention the spacing of the connectors on the EOMA are far apart. It would be possible to keep the form factor and just replace the intermediate cable with a custom application. Or have some form of internal docking.
