[Arm-netbook] Progress on Mer/KDE image

Hi all,
since some people expressed the interest to try the current status of the 
mer/kde image, I uploaded it here:

it needs an eoma68 A20 configured to boot from microsd.
it boots to console, and kde can be started with init 5

desktop effects should work out of the box.
