[Arm-netbook] EOMA68-A20 CPU Card provides full SD0 and JTAG/UART0 on 68-pin header

i did a quick check and - i've been so busy i'd forgotten about it - i
noticed that SD2 and SD3 (the pins that weren't brought out on the
first 5 samples) *are* actually brought out.

you can see from the attached [14k, under the list's 40k message
limit] picture that the pinouts have the full JTAG and the full SD0
interface.

i've also updated the page here to reflect that:

please read the advice listed on the section covering the GPIO.
although it *is* possible to use these pins for JTAG and for SD0, that
should *only* be done for testing and factory-install purposes.
future CPU Cards with completely different functions and capabilities
(e.g. serial JTAG) *will* not be compatible with these functions.  the
only compliance future CPU Cards must have is with EOMA-68.

... it's nice to remember that you did something that you thought
should be done :)

that just leaves [apart from testing RGB/TTL and SATA] one *tiny*
correction - bringing out the u-boot line onto pin 22.
