[Arm-netbook] EOMA-68 A20 CPU CARD + MEB ETHERNET IS WORKING!!

confirmed working here, too chris.  tried the other card that i've got
- worked absolutely fine.  so that would a) confirm that the MEB (with
R2 gone and 1-wired-to-11) ethernet works b) confirm that the 1st CPU
Card sample i've got has something wrong with it.
