[Arm-netbook] EOMA-68 A20 CPU CARD + MEB ETHERNET IS WORKING!!

One Cavet: So far only in Android, I had a bit of a snafu and accidentally
applied 3.3v to the wrong pin and zapped the NAND, haven't had time at work
to get everything reconfigured again for debian.  And I might have killed
one of the Cores in the A20 (on both of my remaining cards).

But, NETWORK IS WORKING!
