[Arm-netbook] 44 pin micro engineering board header side entry connector

I think the 44 pin 2.5" IDE connector is on 2mm centers, and the 40
pin 3.5" IDE connector is on 0.1" centers.

We have 44 pins on 0.1" centers on the MEB, thus being neither of the
IDE standards. I feel sure a 50 pin SCSI-1 ribbon cable (0.1" centers)
would work...
