What corrected?
There is no requirement for a EMAC_POWER signal. It's only use is to
reduce power consumption slightly when the ethernet port is disabled.
Cubieboard prepared schematics and board for having an EMAC_POWER
signal, but then for production decided to hardwire the PHY powered on.
