 incorrect.  it's always on.  remember, i said i can load sun7i_wemac
and query the MII interface.

 can you get me a link to the datasheet for that ethernet jack, i
don't believe the wiring's correct.  the one listed on the mouser BOM
is now end-of-life, there's no datasheet, and iirc you said you
couldn't get it anyway and put an alternative part.

 i need the part number, and i need the datasheet.
