1920x1080 = 16:9

1440x900 = 16:10

So the upgrade option would actually be a 1920x1200... even better IMO. :D

Is that 3.7V, 7.4V, or 11.1V?
 15WH isn't much IMO (as you say ~6W for lcd+bl, 5W for EOMA-68 card,
so barely an hour run time; 30WH is marginal; 45WH is pretty decent.

I do get that practically every phone and tablet takes microSD, and
nobody likes fiddling with SD-microSD adapters to transfer data, but
at the same time many digital cameras take full SD, and I personally
have 4 or 5 16GB and 32GB SDs kicking around useless (bought and used
with my N810 back in the day) -- would be nice if there was a way to
use them as pseudo-SSDs in any new laptop. So if, say, there's two
slots, one microSD and one SD, that would be a real nice compromise.
If there's only one, I'd prefer full-size (it's not horribly
space-constrained, after all), but I definitely see the arguments for
microSD.
